As of today, Messrs Krzysztof Stroinski and Christopher Hutchinson are assuming new titles and formally initiating a management board that will include one of our supplier's owners, Mr. Lawrence Dewey, as Chairman of the Management Board.

The reason for these changes is due to our extreme confidence and expectations for the future. We strongly feel 2009 will see us growing quickly and therefore we would like to begin preparing a foundation for our organizational structure now instead of waiting until the last second.

Mr. Dewey was chosen to chair the board due to Curb-Tec Europe's policies being so heavily influenced by those of Curb-Tec, Inc. Mr. Stroinski is assuming the title of President. Mr. Hutchinson is assuming the title of Chief Executive Officer.

There are no hard and fast rules on what job functions are associated with specific titles although typically in a corporate hierarchy a President handles day-to-day operations and the Chief Executive Officer sets policy. Mr. Stroinski is very involved in setting policy and Mr. Hutchinson is very involved in executing policy but we feel that the day-to-day duties of each are better reflected by these titles.
